No snow on the ground this year yet, but it was still a chilly day last Saturday. All bundled up, we headed out to the
Donaghey Tree Farm. (Yes, this is bundled up for Ben.)
Tobi was really impressed with the assortment of sticks lying around. Here she is collecting sticks for all of her family members.
Then she found the perfect tree...
but Daddy decided this one was a little better...and Tobi conceded.
Giving a try at hauling the tree herself...
...but it seems it was a little much after all.
One more try with a little help.
Ahh, the sweet rewards for hard labor: a cookie and a dance with mechanical Santa.
Time to decorate.
