Tobi is into multitasking and time management. Apparently she has a busy schedule so she likes to exercise WHILE she is eating.

8 months...what?
I feel like it was just 7 month pictures I was posting. I think it's because February is such a short month. Those 2-3 less days make all the difference I'm sure. Well, we started the month-aversary celebration with a follow up appointment at the doctors, which included physically restraining the poor babe while I shoved a mask in her face and she screamed for 5 minutes straight. Fun! Fun! So yes, we are trying the nebulizer treatments since Tobi still has some respiratory stress. Overall she is doing much better. One ear is fluid free and the other is well on its way. Even her breathing is MUCH better but the doctor still thought we should try and do some nebulizer treatments to help the process along. Tobi thought maybe we shouldn't do that. The verdict is still out.
I had to use my phone for these pics since I left my camera at Ryan and Sarah's house ("what?" you say..."you left something behind somewhere?"...hard to believe I know). So the quality is a little funky but the faces are still pretty cute!
Still her favorite place to hang out!
Still just 2 teeth...but she is a master at mashing food with those gums.
Kisses?

Really?
I feel like I opened up my own pharmacy! This is what I came home with today after Tobi's visit to the clinic. Poor baby has bronchitis and a double ear infection. So we came home with antibiotics...which I had to mix myself by adding water to the powder (is this normal, I had never heard of such a thing?)...an inhaler complete with spacer and fish mask...and (since she wasn't interested in the nebulizer) some prednisolone to help with any constriction/inflammation affecting her breathing. I will say one of the packages above was supposed to be for the nebulizer...which as of now we are not using. After I got it all out and tried to figure out when to give what and how and how often...is it really all necessary? For such a little person? Well, the only thing I really care about is that is helps her kick this thing! She already sounds much better today, pre-medication- so I can only hope the medication will kill it once and for all!!!! We go back on Friday for a follow-up visit. Pffft...lessons in motherhood...I'm not so fond of this one!

Baaaa- baaaa
I think Tobi's goal is to master one sound completely before moving on to the next. We hear a lot of "ba bas" these days...which often sound like she is calling for "Bar-ba-ra". Who is this Barbara you seek?
I did happen to catch on this video a quick "ma ma" right at the beginning. I think she figures she doesn't need that one as much since I am always there. But Barbara on the other hand... she needs a lot of calling after!

Couch Potato
My parents have this little fold out Madagascar couch, which has been well loved by many grandchildren and pets alike. It is just the perfect size for these two babes to sit on together...
But Tobi really was enjoying the couch when she could just spread out and catch her favorite programs...
Ahhh...this is the life!
