Yesterday Tobi turned 18 months old... 3 times as old as she was just one year ago. Last January she was just learning how to sit up, starting on solid foods and learning how to feed herself a bottle. Now she is such a little girl, busy taking care of her babies. She spends much of her day doing just this:
